“I received my Bike+ in September of 2022 and have really enjoyed; but Bike+ workouts was all I was doing. I ruminated a long time about the Row. I have no prior rowing experience. I finally ordered and I am quite happy with the purchase. Rowing is definitely a skill and I am still learning. There are many instructional sessions on the pIat-form. I seem to be using more strength when rowing. For me so far, a row workout does not burn as many calories and not a total sweatfest like the Wilpers 2 hour power zone rides I love. Surprisingly to me, a 20-30 minute row session is about all I can handle at one time. I now enjoy combining a row session with a strength session. So in a week now I am getting bike, row and strength and I have noticed I am getting fitter, albeit at the same weight. Between the Bike+, row and strength sessions I do find the motivation to do something every day. I will be 68 next month and have worked at a desk for 43 years so I am not an athlete. So for me the Row was very much worth the price. The Row is a great adjunct to the Bike+ but I would not depend upon it as your primary equipment. You will still want a Bike and/or Tread. BTW the equipment/hardware itself is impeccable, sturdy, strong well made.”

“Rowing is a fantastic full body workout Great way to warm up before a run or cycle. I do wish Peleton would increase the number of instructors for rowing. The few available are great but I do like more variety as are available with other options for Peleton. And I would like to see the exercises added to the rowing. Lifting the arms up and such. Keeps it interesting as well as good exercise. I am a huge Peleton fan and hope to see more good stuff”
