Before Your Eyes Social Media Audit
Before Your Eyes co is a small clothing brand company located out of Pittsburgh, PA. The owner is Skyy Moore, rookie wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs. He had just recently scored and won in Super Bowl LVII against the Philadelphia Eagles. This has been a brand that I have worked closely with for the past year and a half or so. Our mission is to cultivate a strong emotional relationship with our family of customers. In order to do so, we must rely on being consistent, authentic, and timely. We are committed to working hard for the best interest of our supporters in order to change the world for the better. We are dedicated to pushing the culture forward and allowing it to be viewed Before Your Eyes (B.Y.E).
Instagram is our most heavily used platform that we create content for. We had recently just went over a rebrand we had to remove all of our previous post and create new content for our new brand name and logo. Being that we are a new clothing business we only have 1,000 followers and our top post had received about 250 likes and 45 comments. We only have 5 post up on our page but throughout the next few months or so we are focusing on creating more content for our viewers. Instagram is the best platform for our target market, being that we make fashionable clothing which we will market specifically to younger adults.
Facebook is our second most used app, which we are trying to get away from at the moment. This app is used for more local business and for our neighborhood for the people who wish to support Skyy. We currently have close to 700 followers and close to 600 total likes. The largest Facebook audience in 2021 is men aged between 25 and 34, accounting for 19% of total potential reach. This is a little outside of our target market audience because we wish to target ages 17 to 26. Facebook is one of the oldest social media platforms to this day and we are focusing on using instagram and twitter more to market our products towards the right audience.
