Ryse Supplements Social Media Audit

Ryse Supplements has established itself well in the social media world. They are a workout supplement company that creates unique products to help out fitness consumers and their gym grind. They create unique collaborations with well-known companies to make good-tasting and recognizable products. Their social media accounts have been quite successful across almost all platforms. Their strongest presence is on Instagram and Tiktok.

On Instagram, they have amassed 243,000 followers, posting mainly advertisements of their supplements and some skits featuring employees using the products in a fun and original way. They take this to TikTok as well, where they have 151,800 followers, posting original skits with influencers and people in the gym using their products in a fun and unique way. They keep things fresh and collab with different gym influencers, which allows for their videos to easily reach 20,000+ views each post. They really connect with consumers on these social media sites, showing them how the products work and feel, and even giving consumers platforms to voice their opinions on the flavors of products and other things along that line. Their content shows consumers they really care about their products and aren’t just trying to give them some terrible product.

The connection with consumers continues on YouTube and Facebook where they aren’t as active, but continue to post genuine content about their products. On YouTube, they have 45,000 subscribers and post behind the scenes about their products. They show the creative process of how products are made and the factory that they’re made in. It gives consumers a feeling of truly being a part of the company and that Ryse truly cares about its consumers. They also feature a podcast on their channel, which features different gym influencers, which attracts their audience to their product. On Facebook, they have 32,600 followers, where they haven’t been as active as of late, but still feature advertisements of their different products. Consumers still reach out to them on the platform and give suggestions on new products, but it seems they mainly utilize their account when it comes to the holiday season. It makes sense though because their products are more intended for people of our generation and our generation really does not utilize Facebook, so it’s smarter they divert their attention more towards Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube.

LinkedIn and Twitter are their least-used platforms. There is basically nothing on their LinkedIn profile, not even a profile picture or banner picture. There is zero content besides a couple of job postings. This account should most likely be deactivated. It was hard to find it too, so I don’t know if they still actively utilize it. Twitter is a little different in the fact that they have it linked to their website, but there has been no activity on it since 2019. However, they were very active on it, replying to consumers and giving them suggestions. Their Twitter profile is definitely salvageable if they start to use it again, but if they don’t, they should just deactivate it.

Ryse Supplements has done a great job serving unique content to consumers on platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube. They allow consumers to truly be a part of their family, with content targeted to keep them engaged and wanting more from them. They easily allow suggestions and build upon what the consumers want, allowing them to be successful and a trustworthy brand.
