Promotion and Tracking of Intro Blog

For my first post “Meet Dresden Bouman” I used Email and Facebook to track. From my Google

Analytics report, I saw a total of 257 users, including 221 new and 61 returning. Facebook had

the most users (88 total, 61 new) and the longest engagement time (6 minutes 55 seconds),

showing strong interest. Email traffic brought in 79 new users, but engagement was lower (1

minute 5 seconds). Going forward I think that sharing on other social media platforms could be

helpful such as sharing the link on an instagram or snapchat story because it would engage a

lot more people.
